So far, the 5th Wave has proved to be a really intriguing book and includes a very capivating plot.
Right now, I am at a cliffhanger, where Cassie is pinned underneath a car because an alien “silencer” is sniping at her. From a change of theme from survival to a life-death situation, the book is constantly keeping me on my toes and waiting for the next big event.
The antagonist is the silencer who is Evan Walker, who is struggling to kill Cassie because he had followed her for so long and is struggling for some reason. He had been stalking her for about a week and saw her kill the crucifix soldier.
Something is holding him back, and I am interested in finding out what it is that is preventing him from finishing his job.
